ABSTRACT GUIDELINES

ABSTRACT FOR SYMPOSIUM
  • The symposium is a presentation comprising a maximum of FOUR (4) speakers.
  • The symposia must be data-driven and directly relevant to mental health and psychiatry. Each speaker will present perspectives on different aspects of a topic or other views of the same topic.
  • The symposium is 90 minutes. Thus, depending on the number of speakers, each speaker will have a 15 – 20 minute presentation time.
  • The abstract proposer is responsible for providing a general summary of the symposium, collecting the abstracts from each speaker and then submitting the complete proposal to the conference organizer.
E-POSTER PRESENTATION
  • Posters are hypothesis-driven, and the authors will present their findings from significant ongoing or completed research. As the presentation will be in the form of an e-poster, successful applicants will be given guidelines on preparing their e-poster.
  • Presenters are required to record their presentation, which consists of them presenting their work. Each presenter will be given ten minutes to present.
IMPORTANT NOTE

The e-posters will be available on the conference website throughout the conference. All conference participants will be able to see them.

The six best e-poster submissions will be called to present their work during the conference.

A panel of judges will then select three of the best e-poster presentations and award prize money to the winners.

Please indicate whether the abstract submission is for a symposium or poster presentation and use the correct forms.

The committee is trying to work with a journal to publish each abstract. Please indicate in the forms if the presenters agree to have their presentation(s) published. The scientific committee will go through each abstract. The scientific committee will refer to the authors if there are corrections to be made in the abstracts.

To meet the journal's quality standards, the abstracts should be of high quality, including the language, and free of plagiarism.

Please adhere strictly to the abstract requirements.
