REGISTRATION FEES

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION FEES?

  • Admission to all scientific sessions.
  • Attendance at the opening ceremony.
  • Access to the exhibition area.
  • Access to e-poster presentation.
  • Refreshments during coffee breaks and lunch.

THE REGISTRATION PROCESS

Step 1 - Create an account
  • Fill in your particulars online.
  • It's crucial to ensure your email address is correct as this will be your primary point of contact.
  • Your registered email address will be used as the Login ID.
  • You will receive a confirmation email for the account creation.

Step 2 - To register
  • Click ‘LOGIN.’
  • Click ‘Purchase Conference Pass.’
  • Select ‘Conference Ticket.’

Step 3 - Make payment
  • Select payment method
    • Online Payment
      • By credit card (MasterCard, VISA or AMEX).
  • Offline Payment
    • Select Payment Type
      • Telegraphic Transfer or,
      • Local Purchase Order (LPO).
    • Please upload Proof of payment or supporting document.

Step 4 - Bank verification / Registration Confirmation email
  • You will receive a Registration Confirmation email from us after our local bank verifies your payment.
  • For bank verification, please allow 7 working days for payments made within Malaysia and 14 working days for payments outside Malaysia.

*Participants are individually responsible for making payments for any bank charges incurred. The estimated bank charges are approximately USD 30-50 per transaction and vary to the individual banks.*

Local Purchase Order (LPO)

  • This applies to participants who have obtained sponsorship from the local government, institution, or hospital.
  • The LPO must be addressed to “MALAYSIAN PSYCHIATRIC ASSOCIATION.”
  • A copy of the LPO must be submitted to the Conference Secretariat a month before the event.
  • The original copy of the LPO must be presented and submitted to the secretariat during the registration.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  • The Conference Secretariat MUST be notified in writing in the case of a possible cancellation.
  • Cancellation received before 12th September 2024: 50% Refund.
  • Cancellation received on or after 12th September 2024: The Full amount will be forfeited.
*The refund process would take at least 60 days after the conference.
