Registration Process

STEP 1: Create an account

  • Fill in your particulars online
  • It’s crucial to ensure your email address is correct as this will be your primary point of contact.
  • Your registered email address will be used as the Login ID
  • You will receive a confirmation email for the account creation.

STEP 2: To register

  • Click “LOGIN”
  • Click “GO” at manage registration
  • Select “Conference” from the list
  • Select “Type of Registration” from the list
  • Click “Add to Cart”
  • Click “Make Payment”

STEP 3: Make Payment

  • New window will open under payment page.
  • Fill up the details and select the payment via FPX or Credit card
  • Click “Submit Payment”

STEP 4: Registration Confirmation

  • You will receive a confirmation email from us after Admin verifies your payment
  • Please allow 7 working days for the payments made within Malaysia and 14 days for payments outside Malaysia.

Local Purchase Order (LPO)
  • This applies to participants who have obtained sponsorship from the local government, institution, or hospital.
  • The LPO must be addressed to “MALAYSIAN PSYCHIATRIC ASSOCIATION.”
  • A copy of the LPO must be submitted to the Conference Secretariat a month before the event.
  • The original copy of the LPO must be presented and submitted to the secretariat during registration.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

The Conference secretariat MUST be notified in writing of all cancellations / transfer of registration:

  • Cancellation ON or BEFORE 31st September 2026: 50% Refund
  • Cancellation FROM 1st October 2026: No Refund

* In circumstance where the registrant request for refund of registration fees, MPA reserved the right to deduct a 15% administrative fee on the total value of the amount claimed.

*The refund process would take at least 60 days after the conference.

MPA Membership

The registration price for MPA members is only applicable if your MPA membership is still valid. If your membership is no longer active, your conference registration will automatically be process as a non-MPA member.
